New Genuine Student Rule

From tomorrow anyone applying for a Student visa will need to meet the new ‘genuine student’ rule (not the old genuine temporary entrant rule).

I hear that Immigration will be getting tougher on student visas this year, especially on people who wish to undertake multiple courses below the level of a bachelor degree.
