New Appeals Tribunal for Immigration Cases
The new Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) commences operation on 14 October 2024.
All immigration-law cases currently at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) will be automatically transferred over to the ART.
The AAT is closing down permanently, replaced by the ART.
