Updates to my article: New Laws for Sponsoring Spouses and Partners

The new laws have stalled because no regulations exist yet. The government is hoping to get that done within a “few months”. So we might be looking at August or September on 2019.

The regulations will specify many of the details for the new scheme, so it cannot start without them.
